I've been coming here for many years now and they still never disappoint! Sign up for their text offers, they give very generous promotions! I normally don't get tempura rolls or fried rolls in general but this place absolutely changed my views on them! Oh my god it was perfect! Will be coming back for more fresh, generously fat rolls and melt in the mouth pepper tuna sashimi
Although I haven't had the best luck with delivery from Shoten, I have to say the food is very good. I love their Tempura Udon and Karaage Chicken! On two occasions, my order did not go well, but their customer service was excellent. Accidents happen, and though I was initially annoyed, I was very impressed that they did not hesitate to offer a refund and were very apologetic. I'll try them again because the food is delicious.
