We've got old copper pipes and high PH well water that makes for constant issues around here so we've got Ken on speed dial. He's wonderful to work with, has competitive prices and always patient with my questions. He even worked with the manufacturer of our water heater to get a warranty replacement when we hadn't even thought to check if it was under warranty. We're grateful!
