I had an issue with my hot water heater. We called around and they were the only company that worked with our warranty that answered ( on a Saturday). Unfortunately, we were outside of their servicing area. The gentleman who answered went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide information to help us, by providing information to assist us in getting the process started with our reference number and explaining the warranty to us.
I had a plumbing leak in Glen Burnie and he was able to help me identify and replace the p-trap for the upstairs bath tub. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, fair pricing, and just an honest and down to earth guy. If you’re looking for the best plumber in Maryland, this is the company you want.
We've got old copper pipes and high PH well water that makes for constant issues around here so we've got Ken on speed dial. He's wonderful to work with, has competitive prices and always patient with my questions. He even worked with the manufacturer of our water heater to get a warranty replacement when we hadn't even thought to check if it was under warranty. We're grateful!
