I have worked in Healthcare since 1989 and have never been so appalled by a physicians behavior. He was rude, condescending, refused to review the records we sent prior to the appointment, and announced in the hallway " why is this patient wasting my time" . Horrible human

Amazing person and doctor.
Everyone else's reviews are correct. This guy is an awful doctor. Totally arrogant. Walked into the room, arrogantly asked why I was even there, didn't ask one question or discuss my past and dismissed all past doctor's diagnosis for me. Then told me good luck I can't help you (how could he know that if he didn't even talk to me?). I was blown away.
Would leave zero stars if I could. Dr. Shoskes lack of compassion and courtesy, and the fact that he doesn't seem at all interested in my loved one's health issues, was shocking to me. He is cold and uncaring and honestly seems to not care at all or see his patients as human being. Nothing about the entire urology department at CCF was up to the standards you expect and are accustomed to at Cleveland Clinic. Shame on this doctor, especially, for his lack of compassion and care.
