This place is sacred and the teachers are top notch. There is something going on here, if you know what I mean.......All of the staff are delightful, friendly, compassionate and helpful. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!
Some ladies and I were talking about this at breakfast this morning...as soon as you see the sign and begin the drive to the lodge, you start to relax.. I've been coming on and off to this place since the mid 90's and every time I come, I am never disappointed..
I recently returned from a weeklong retreat – at the Shoshoni Shambhava Yoga and Meditation retreat. (I spent many summers here in the late 1960’s into the late 1970’s when Shoshoni was a summer camp). This has been an amazing and restorative journey filled with yoga, meditation, walks in the forests and even a hike up a small mountain.
