You have to do a tour. Takes 45 minutes round trip. Bring jacket if you cannot take a walk in cooler temps. Uneven terrain and stairs. Everyone working there is friendly.
I did not know what to expect outside of on line reviews. The experience was very good and worth the money. The environment is done on a low budget as you can tell by the buildings and the museum exhibits.
Fascinating cave, I wish the guides were a little more knowledgeable and way more into their job. It's still worth the visit. It's not a very long hike. One hundred or so steps. It was cold. I didn't need a jacket but someone skinny that runs cold would prefer one. You are only in the cave for 15 to 20 minutes.
