I had a lovely experience here. The food came out quickly while tasting fresh and carefully prepared. The Oyster Caviar paired with Yuzu foam was unique and creative. after tasting that, it inspired me to try the Yuzu Sake, which was a nice treat. Their sushi rice stood out to me, it's on the less acidic side, which I personally loved. It balanced and complemented the fresh fish flavor without overpowering it.
