After having North Park Lincoln tell us it was gonna cost $5100.00 dollars to replace the water pump on our mkz, my mom referred me to Shorty's, They were more than fair on the price and got the work done faster than expected. I will be going to Shorty's for now on for all my mechanical issues. I'll recommend them to anyone who needs automotive repairs
i bought a car from shorty and it was running great. he is always very honest about everything. we had car troubles recently and he was upfront about everything going on before he even started working on the car. he always updated us and kept us in the loop. he never overcharges. he is definitely someone trustworthy.
I recently saw this place and seen a nice little car, I told my girlfriend about it and we went and bought it, we had issues with the last shop we took the car to and they messed it up. I called shorty and explained to him what happened and he told us to bring the car in, he had a look at it gave us an estimate and started working on it the moment he can, very trust worthy and good prices.
