I think this place is on a tight rope with me. I tried to make an appointment in February for a regular physical nothing urgent nothing extreme just a regular yearly adult physical. Heather Williams was the doctor of choice. Went through everything that I completed before going into the office. I guess we had to make sure that I put everything in correctly before hitting send. If I could give 0 stars I would. Kathrine Exter is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I already have medical anxiety and people like her who practice medicine are the reason why. She was rude and dismissive. I was already struggling to even be seen by a doctor and after seeing her it just validated why I felt that way. She told el to try try weight watcher and to “just not buy bad food” Told me I should only be eating meat and vegetables basically. Will give it more stars when they upgrade their parking lot for wheelchair accessible spots. Many times we have been blocked in. We park in the back in two spots and still get blocked in. I know people need to be more aware of the writing on the side that says “wheelchair van do not block” but as a medical facility it should be a necessity to have these spots. I am not allowed to leave my client alone to move the van it makes it very difficult since we are usually alone with them.
Katherine Exter is the worse nurse practitioner I’ve ever had in my life. Everytime I’ve gotten something viral her excuse is take Zyrtec. I had no idea at one point that I had mono and that was her to too excuse, take Zyrtec. She once kept prescribing me antibiotics when I had the flu. THE FLU. She even tries to pry on your personal life, constantly asking me if I’m in school everytime I see her and everytime I tell her no she always says the same thing “well better go soon”.
