They seemed pretty good to me. Very friendly and funny, good vibes. Decent price and time on emissions check when tags expire.
This emission testing place is honest and a plus in customer service. The gentleman is fast very friendly and his job is to get your car in and out. It doesn’t look like much from the street but there is a waiting room and he will take care of you. He also played professional baseball for a little while.
Called and left a message to schedule an appointment for an emission test and plate renewal. I received text saying to stop by whatever time in the next day or two. When I went in, the same day they texted me, I was told that the guy who does the emissions test was out of town due to a family emergency. The guy that was watching the shop said to go get my emissions test done elsewhere but to come back afterward and purchase the renewal sticker from them... Wasted my time and just caused frustration. Wonderful family owned business! These folks were kind, speedy and affordable. I was in and out in under an hour and got exactly what I needed! I had great conversation with Zeno (one of their employees) while I waited, and they offered snacks & bottled water to everyone in the waiting room. You’ve got a life long customer :) thanks fam !!
