Very bad wash, waste of money.
This is the worst car wash place I have been to in 50 years of driving. For 9 dollars, the car was still dirty. When I spoke to the impolite attendant, he basically implied it was because I was too cheap in getting that wash and the only one that really cleaned the car was 12 dollars. Then he went on to say that "a lot of our customers complain about that". I'll bet! What a ripoff! He explained that 9 dollars only paid for a rinse. JT is the absolute rudest human I've ever encountered. I don't always have issues with the browser app but when I do, he sure has a way to make me feel incompetent. Today, he literally yelled at me in front of people saying it's always me and this is the last time he'll give me a ticket. Perhaps it works perfect on iPhones and there are bugs on an Android, or perhaps I am doing something wrong, regardless, a customer should NEVER be treated this way, especially in front of others, how humiliating!
