If I could give them zero stars I would! They don't do the actual work the claim they have. Car still had the same problem as when I brought it in months ago. Save your time and money by going somewhere else!
Had my car for months. Finally told me it was good to go. Broke down within the first 60 miles. Offered to try and get it back on their schedule whenever they can like they were doing me a favor not fixing the car I already paid a lot to fix. Do not recommend.
Mike provided outstanding through the night service on our transmission. We broke down in Weed, CA and towed to Mike in Klamath falls. He got us up and running within 24 hours with a more than fair price. And we are safely hauling ourselves and our RV back to WA because of his excellent service. We would consider driving 6.5 hours to him should we ever need auto service again!
