I had a great experience at Short's Burger & Shine. Great menu variety and the flavors were spot on. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know.
They claim to be open 4 hours a week on Saturdays only. Recently walked by, and the door seemed essentially boarded up. Historically have not been open when supposed to, and this place has been going downhill for a year or two. Old review: The burgers were great as usual, but the drinks were small and, frankly, awful. Drinks had always been good before then. Not sure what's going on with this place
These folks know how to run a restaurant. I ordered a simple burger when it was very busy before a football game. Everything was textbook. Good food and the service was great considering how busy it was that day.
Food was very good. I got chips and salsa with mine and it was a very refreshing salsa. I would recommend it if you’re near campus. I got a burger with Swiss, bacon, and garlic Aïoli. ‘‘Twas really good!
