Great price/ awesome service and friendly staff
My daughter called in a bit of a panic, her window wipers stopped working on her way through Elmira and still had an hours drive to a medical appointment. I looked up the closest place to her and called Shortreed Auto. The gentleman on the line was very friendly and said "tell her to come right over, we'll see what we can do". They took her right in, temporarily fixed her wipers to get her on her way and didn't even charge her. I can't thank them enough ❤️
my wipers stopped working in the pouring rain while driving through elora. I went to a mechanic who said nothing can be done, then I came here and they fixed it temporarily (they worked amazingly) for me to get home safe and not be stuck in the rain, also told me the part that needs replaced and some other advice. All with only five minutes of notice - I was in and out super quickly!! They even cleaned the window for me! I owe them my LIFE!!!!
My car stopped on the hwy this Monday and I took it here to make sure I can drive it back home, since I was out of town. They took the time to scan it for major problems and they said my intake manifold was faulty. When I got back home, I took it to my regular mechanic and guess what? Manifold needs to be replaced. Shortreed auto didn't even charge for their time. Thank you for being so kind and generous!
Problem with the car transmission kick up while on a day trip at Elora . Thanks for the man in autoshop at Shortreed auto centre offered help， and free check for our car and give us advice . Excellent service and sincere help.
