I would never bring a car here or let anyone I care about. My daughter brought her car here and it took MONTHS to get it out and they did not communicate adequately with them about the delays or any issues. Even when they called, they were treated with hostility. Miserable service!!!!
NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER ever take your car here. They have had my truck for over 3 months for repairs. They will leave your voicemails and emails unanswered. They will do NOTHING to communicate any type of situation with you. And push out your return date and keep adding things that need to be done. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Absolutely disgraceful.
Very poor management. DO NOT GO THERE.
This shop answered the phone right away and I was able to get my truck in by the end of the same day. They value their craft and did an excellent job on my truck that was rear ended. Thank you
