SHE DIDNT HAVE HER MASK ON! We enter her office and its all outdated and she is basically being the receptionist doing all the paper work herself doesn’t have a team working for her. The office and it's practices were way below standards it almost seem unreal that a place like NY would have a doctor like her practicing medicine in such a dirty environment. Most RUDE staff I’ve ever encountered at a doctors office. I was inquiring about the cost of the appointment only to be berated by the receptionist in which she said “you know what cancel your appointment”. She canceled my appointment without my consent simply for asking how much my exam would cost and hung up the phone before I could even say anything else. This is not the kind of facility I would want to be treated at if this is how their staff operates. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
