Shortcutz was our landscaper in my community at Hatteras Hill Magnolia. Had an issue with a damage gate. I met Jim who works for Shortcutz and admitted to the damage. He took picture and called his office. As required by the SeaScape HOA to report with in 48 hours. which we did. After 2 weeks with no reply from SeaScape I called and e-mailed to see when my damage gate was to be fix. I had an awesome experience with Shortcutz! They turned my yard into something I actually love looking at now, it's clean, neat, and way more put together than before. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a solid landscaping team that gets the job done right.
Shortcutz was immediately responsive to my lawn repair request, after I had been left in the lurch by a not-so-reputable company. They are reliable, easy to communicate with, and offer quick follow up when needed. Every member of their staff did their best to get the job done. My lawn is well on its way to recovery now, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing landscape services.
