Very nice house and super close to ECSU. Emphasis on flatmates that keep things from being messy keeps things nice and comfortable. In this market about as affordable as you can get before sacrificing quality.

I cannot say enough about the hospitality of Karen, David and their 3 beautiful, well behaved and super friendly poodles. They all treated me like family. Even the poodles, within days they recognized my car and would greet me at the door. Was great to come home! Karen and Dave shared a few home made meals and lots of conversations. Their home is beautiful and in a great setting by the lake. Their large and spacious living room can be used as your own. The room and bath are very spacious, comfortable and very private. If you are in need of place to stay, aither short or longer time, this is your place! Karen and Dave are the best host that you can wish. The most thoughtful and caring people that are going to provide you with everything that you need for your comfort during the time you are renting from theme.
