I think this program saved my life. I am so thankful to have been part of it. I use the learnings from it every day. I have stopped drinking, and using cannabis, as well as antidepressants and can cope with life now. I have better relationships and am living a more peaceful life. I think it's time for a real crisis center that actually helps. This place is completely useless So sad how mental health is treated in Winnipeg.
