We had a great experience buying a new truck. Ryan Hutson made the process super easy and quick. He was quick to come out and greet us. Answered all of the questions that we had. We ask about a truck that didn’t have pictures yet online, he went and found the truck quickly so we could look at it. He didn’t make us feel rushed or that we were bothering him like other places we had been. We Recommend him to anyone. 10/10 experience.
In LaFollette visiting for the holidays. Woke up to an Escape that wouldn’t start. Grandpa and I got it jump started. Drove straight to Short-Redmond Ford in town. Left it running and handed over the keys to Justin. They got it back and tested the battery, definitely the problem. Got a replacement put in and back on the road in no time. And at a cheaper price than I expected for dealer work!! Very happy with my experience at Short-Redmond!
Marcus and bryan was so helpful and very nice about helping and walking us through the whole process
