Great experience at the Short Pump Draw Center! Made an appointment for 8:00am. Mike was expecting me and even had my orders pulled up ahead of time. He was very friendly, and efficient with the draw. I was on my way in 6 minutes. Thanks Mike!
I saw a long line at around 9:30 and 10:00 am yesterday, but I thought it might be a fluke, so I scheduled an appointment for 8:00 am. I arrived by 7:55 am, and by 8:55 am, they have still not gotten to me. They are so slow. I would recommend driving a longer distance to Labcorp than coming here.
I showed up at 7am and no one arrived until 7:15. She didn’t acknowledge me or apologize for being late. She took so long to set up that I ran out of time and had to leave. If you work and are trying to get there early so that you’re not late, good luck. Awful!
I don’t recall the name of the lady who just started work here, but she’s fire! I’m a difficult stick and she got me in and out the door immediately. Give her a raise, Bon Secours! She could work anywhere.
