About this business
With three generations of boating experience, it’s safe to say our passion for boating was born into us. In 2009 we tragically lost our father in a yacht racing accident which gave us a whole new perspective on life. It taught us the reality that life is short and the importance of making time to do the things that make you happy, with the people who make you happy. We started Short Marine with the vision to spread this message by inspiring people to spend more time on the water creating lifelong memories.

Will was amazing today, had no throttle for my BRIG and thought it was going to cost a fortune. Dropped into the office and met Will who told me to bring the boat round into a berth, he took the lid off the motor and fixed it in 5 mins! I offered to pay but no charge. Great old fashioned service, so refreshing in this day and age, I’ll be back for sure, Matt Seaforth.
We’ve been using Short Marine for boat servicing for 3 years. They have a super professional team who are proficient and trustworthy. Their customer service is second to none. My dealings with Will and Lara are incredible. Highly recommended for boating reliability and peace of mind.
