From the front desk to surgery and to recovery everyone was amazing and kind. I felt well cared for. Joanne, the nurse kept me well informed of what to expect. The recovery nurses worked so well together and were all very alert to our needs. Dr, Jonathan Keith was amazing and his PA made sure all details I needed were taken care of. I would recommend SHSC.
It was a very good experience from beginning to end for me. Starting from front desk person who assisted me, always smiling and very polite. There’s also Chelba, sorry if I misspelled your name- my pre op nurse who’s always informing me what medicine is being given and try to calm me down as I was very nervous. Then there’s Dr. Ahmed, anesthesiologist who made sure that I got all the meds needed especially that I have a bad motion sickness. If you have to have a surgery this is the place to go. When you walk in it is like a zen space. The whole staff is so amazing!! On top of every case. Plus they have the best grape slush in the post op recovery room. I have been here 3 times and every experience has been amazing. Thank you to all of you. My A squad, Alex, Melissa "no worries" she pulled me right outta of having anxiety as I was being wheeled in. And of course Dr. Cerio and Angela my rock stars! 🩷🩷
I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at this surgery center! From the moment I arrived until I was discharged, the entire team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. Every person I interacted with took the time to explain each step of the process, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and cared for.
