TERRIBLE reception/office staff. As a first time patient at this establishment, I recently had a shocking encounter with RAFAEL SANCHEZ. Rude, unhelpful, and most importantly unprofessional are the words to describe this man. As someone working in patient care, he lacks empathy, effective communication skills, professionalism, and the list goes on.
