I called ahead to check if they had the part I needed and got a clear answer straight away, which made things easy. When I arrived, Ray greeted me and took the time to have a look at my chainsaw. He quickly worked out what was wrong, had the replacement part ready on the spot, and was more than happy to fit the new chain for me. He also gave the chainsaw a quick once-over and reassured me that it was in good working condition and didn’t need anything beyond the new chain.
