I was concerned whether the technician would find a long-term solution for my portable A/C's recurring coolant leak, but they managed to identify a faulty valve and fix it within an hour. It's held up well for a month now, unlike previous quick fixes from other services.

Initially, I was concerned that this would take all afternoon based on my last experience, but the technician finished the A/C maintenance in just over an hour and found a potential issue with an aging capacitor. He explained how it might affect performance down the line and suggested a timeline for its replacement instead of pushing immediate repairs.
