I wish I could give SBT NO STARS. Will never do business with them again, or anyone I know. I bought a Reman engine from SBT and it blew up under warranty on a saturday 9/30/23. I opened the claim first thing monday morning 10/2/23 and they told me I was out of warranty. Suggested I send it in under manufacturers defect. They claim the engine was "Not firing" which caused the engine to blow. Since I did not submit the claim until 10/2/23 they are denying my warranty claim and manufacturers defect claim. worst experience ever, 5000us in expenses, 2 engines that failed, no help from SBT, they dont care about your experience and your money. i will not be able to ride, sell, or do anything with my ski because i have no engine all thanks to SBT and his service. If i want to ride my ski ever again i have to buy another engine directly from sea doo. the short blocks they give you are garbage and this company is a scam, and then they blame it on you....
