Dr. Smith is cool but his front office staff needs better training, along with the manager. No one ever answers the phone, and when they do, it's with an attitude. And also, it's 2024 and the office still operates like it's 1980! They can't even email you important forms, so 48 hours post op you gotta drive to pick them up. Do better for your patients.
Whoever answers the phone is extremely rude, rushes you off the phone, and has no concern for anxious patients. Wish I would’ve seen the ratings here before I came. I’ll recommend people to go anywhere but here for their concerns.
Dr. Shorr is extremely rude. I shared some concerns about my mother’s surgery and he was very dismissive. He said “we are very complicated”. I don’t not recommend this office at all.
