Units are fine and building security is good. HOA fees were high before, and are just plain astronomical now. The "business center" that is supposed to provide services to the residents is a ghost town. No longer any laundry or dry cleaning. Massage area is dark. One person getting a haircut. Restaurant used to be all day, but now only 4-8 pm three days a week. Pond for swans and ducks is overwhelmed with algae. What is that HOA fee for if everything is closed or neglected?!?!?
Units are very dated. Residents are mostly elderly. The restaurant on the premises is dreadful in food quality, but the servers are nice. I was considering buying a condo here. Now I am looking elsewhere.
