Don't believe a word that comes out of the manager's mouth. She raised our rent by over 20% with only giving us a 7 days notice, when we were suppose to have at least a 35 day notice of an increase in rent. We lived @ Shorewood for over 3 years w/ not a single write up & we were NEVER late w/ rent!!. I promise you, you will be disappointed if you decide to rent there. I have lived here for almost a year and it has been horrible. The location is quiet and the rent is reasonable, but the saying"you get what you pay for" is so true. The manager will make your life miserable. She will not fix anything and is very rude. She makes the rules as she goes, doesn't follow proper procedures and will actually come on your property at her will. Save your integrity, don't make the mistake that I did.

This is the worst managment I have ever encountered. Here is a list of the problems that my neighbors & I have had while renting here (NONE of these items have been repaired after numerous requests): 1. Dishwasher hasn't worked since move-in 2. Screens torn since move-in 3. ROACH infestation 4. Microwave inoperable 5. Blinds won't close 6. Back door won't lock 7. I have had nothing but problems with my a/c not working properly and 500.00 a month eletric bills. The manager won't return phone calls when I need help with problems.
