Thank you Joe, Mark and Fidel. I had wood floors in a 1940's house that I'm pretty sure have never been sanded and refinished and the team did an amazing job bringing out the beautiful look of the red oak. They completed the job in 4 days on 720 sq ft and the price point is exactly what I expected. I had one board that needed replacing and I can hardly tell. Excellent detailed work and would highly recommend to anyone refinishing floors.
Joe and his team have been incredibly fast, professional and friendly. I'm an architect and I can be picky, and they surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended!

Joe is family man, and takes his craft very seriously, he is super accountable, knowledgeable and trustworthy as could be in your home. Joe and SHF are so easy to work with; he is a master of his craft. He did our floors in white oak navigating the ancient layers of different uneven materials lurking beneath - and now we have a clean beautiful timeless aesthetic. Additionally he recently completed the stairs to match and they look fabulous - with character for days, integrated as if they were built in the original home and much more sturdy. I look forward to calling Joe for my next flooring project!
