Staff is always friendly and willing to answer questions. They've been great with my cats treatment over the last couple years.
Best experience I have had at a vet ever. Dr Ken was amazing ! Update: Had to put my dog to sleep due to an unexpected illness that happened so fast. Dr. Ken was nothing but compassionate and always fit her in last minute. I could never thank him enough for the last year of care he gave nala. Im so glad we found you and she was able to have such a caring vet . Thank you so much for everything❤️🩹
My dog was hit by a car crushing the end of her tail. Dr. Robinson acted quickly to examine and schedule her for surgery since the end of the tail had been crushed and required amputation. My dog was treated with great care, I was kept informed every step of the way. From the front desk to the techs to Dr. Robinson everyone acted kindly and professionally. I highly recommend Shorewood Animal Hospital.
Shorewood Animal Hospital is great! They are extremely helpful, caring and accommodating! They have taken care of five of our Irish Wolfhounds and they have cared for many more from our group (Great Lakes Irish Wolfhound Association) they are great with all animals ( including our cats) but especially big dogs!
Sorry, Doc - Hate to post a bad review, but your front of house Robin or Robyn just lost you a 25+ year customer. I grew up across the street from you guys in the subdivision behind the Dome Home. We brought all our animals to you over the years, and you guys were always compassionate and caring until lately. On the day when we needed you the most you let our family down.
