We researched builders and communities for a new build and chose Pulte at Shoreview. We are very happy with our decision. Pulte communicates every step of the way through the build process to make sure we are getting what we paid for. Also, their written warranty gives us confidence we will be treated fairly after the sale. What more can a homeowner ask for?
We had a great relationship with our sales representative, Mary Ann Barr, and we wish her only happiness in her next endeavor. Our final construction manager picked up the ball and brought it over the goal line. We appreciate Bret R. going above and beyond to complete our home.
