I am very pleased with completed job & the price. From the front office to the plumber, the team was kind, helpful, & professional. It's great to have my kitchen sink back with the pipes, drains - clean & sweet, functional, & in working order. Also, he unclogged kitchen & tub pipes and made water heater safe. Came home from vacation to find my Grandmother's water heater leaking in her house. Had been leaking for at least 2days. Water everywhere. My Grandmother called Shoreside's emergency line since it was a Sunday night. Was able to get ahold of the office and they sent a tech right out. He was able to show me what was going on and how he could fix it. Replaced the leaking valve and even put a shut off handle for the water heater on the tank for us since we didn't have one. Do not use this company!!!! They sold me a new hot water tank when it didn’t need replaced. My old hot water tank was not venting properly, exhaust gas was coming in my house, so the technician said a new tank would solve the issue. Once the new tank was installed the venting issue continued and when I called they stated they would not be able to check the issue for a week. I had to call the gas company and a different plumber because I could not have exhaust gasses in my home. Do not use!!!!!! Response to below comment from... read more
