I purchased a property in 2020 and Shores Title handled both the buyer and the seller side. I recently received a Bill From the IRS for over $7,000 due to Shores Title FAILING TO FILE PAPERS THAT WERE REQUIRED. Since the seller of the property was not a US Citizen the IRS is now coming after me for penalties and interest due to their negligence.
