Not recommended off season. While this is a pretty nice RV resort- we came early October arriving around 4pm. Drove up to a closed/ chained gate. Called the number listed and finally found our reservation and told us how to get in and find our spot. Then, didn't give us bathroom codes or wifi PW, NO ONE around to talk to for assist so called them again. Incredible! From Karen being extremely accommodating and easy to talk to. To the views and activities offered! They ever have trash pickup! Which I personally have never had offered at a camp site. Jeremy got us backed in and offered to help in anyway. Leah the manager at the water park was on top of everything! The RV park is closed off from the public going to the water park and restaurant, so we could easily play ride bikes and enjoy the area without worrying about traffic.
