JV Warren, Michigan I have taken my dogs Gretta and Blaize to Shores Kennels for 11 years now and it has to be one of the cleanest and most pet freindly business that I have seen, the owner and operators of this facility really know the dogs and cats and treat them as if they were one of there own . I reccomend Shores Kennels to anyone thats going on vacation or just for the day stay.
absolutely greeeeaat I took my dogs Sweetie & Zak to Shores Kennels. I had looked at a lot of places. The kennels were clean and the price was outstanding, every time I look for services it costs me double, I kinda get sick of it. It was so nice to use a place of business that didn't have $$ signs in their eyes. The people that work there were friendly and smiling and best of all my dogs loved them! More like home than a kennel I have used Shores Kennel in the past and have been very satisfied. Its a family owned business and Gina, the owner is great. She does a great job with the pets and make sure you feel comfortable leaving them. They offer a variety of services for your animals. She also has everything written out and put in writing for you. My pets always seem to be happy their.
Because of the reviews I read on other sites I decided to have my dog boarded here at Shores kennel. What a big mistake that was. He was there for six days and on the seventh day in the morning I picked him up. Upon arrival I saw the man holding my dog and when I came up to him to pet my dog my dog was panting very hard. At that time I didn't think anything of it. Because I was excited to get my dog back . Within 3 to 4 days later my dog suffered a bad ear infection inside and out the outer part of the inside ear and outside... read more

I found this place by a referral from a co worker, I have a dog that is claustrophobic and has separation anxiety. She visits almost every day and gets her play and exercise, she is like a new dog! The cost is affordable and my dog gets to go outside and play with other dogs. She is not cooped up inside of a building all day. I have also left her to spend the night, the staff KNOWS her probably better than I do. I can't express enough how much of a difference it has made for my Dana!
