William was the first smiling face I saw when I went to wash my car. He was so friendly and informative that I had to leave a review to brag about him! He even tried to find an air freshener for me that apparently got discontinued. I never saw myself leaving a review for a car wash, but sometimes the employees just do such an outstanding job that you have to leave one!
Service has gone down since my last review a year ago. There's usually only 1 person working the bay now. They don't spray fender wells anymore or fold in your mirrors. Conveyor moves so fast your don't get a good wrinse either. The staff were friendly and professional. The sprayed all the mud off my Jeep after a long day of trail riding.
