My cat passed away after routine dental surgery while a patient at Shores Animal Clinic. The vet who performed the surgery was Brenda Theodore, DVM, who was only licensed for 8 months at the time of the procedure. This took place on Valentine’s Day – a holiday for the staff, everyone wanting to get out on time to celebrate, either preoccupied or short-staffed, no one diligently checked on Robinson, his stats, or his condition from the time he got out of surgery until the time I was to pick him up - left in a cage on his own... read more
RecommendedDr. Porshe is the best and most caring veterinarian in the area. His team is excellent and polite.. they don’t do anything without explaining or giving alternative options. They do their best to cut out of pocket costs.

Due to Covid, I have never met Dr. Skinner just conversations on the phone. Princess has been to the office three times now. He is extremely patient and explains things well. He is very compassionate and caring. The staff are very nice/helpful. I feel safe to leave Princess in such good care even though I cannot go into the office/appointments because of Covid.
Trusted and Loved the care we received from Shores Animal Clinic. Unfortunately, we moved to Ohio, and haven't found a Vet's office that comes close. Miss you guys! Also, miss the Thrasher Hemp Oil Chews for Toby. Please let me know if we can still purchase them from you. Thank you!

Dale Porcher is a handsome vet with very soft hands! He made my dog so comfortable when he took his temperature with the rectal thermometer. I could tell they really had a connection!

I have been using Shores Animal Clinic for over 20 years‼️ they fully explan situations & make understandable, the love, dedication & care is always the BEST!! From cats, dogs, a calve, a squirrel, ferrets & more.... they’ve ALWAYS been there when needed the most‼️ I wouldn’t take my fur-babies anywhere else!!.... we about to move about an hour away & I WILL drive back to use them as my primary vet!! 💯
Best vets around. They have worked with all my animals- from a Russian tortoise with a respiratory infection, to my jack Russell with kidney failure, and helped to heal my sensitive Boston from a skin condition... words cannot express how much care and expertise they have for all animals & ailments.
The staff are always very nice and professional. Dr Porcher is great.
