Chris is the rarest of finds in the best of ways. Super knowledgeable, extremely patient, and exceptionally reliable. He is always willing to help and truly cares about client satisfaction. I cannot recommend him and his team enough and plan to be a client for a long time!

Was out of the country and came back yesterday to a very hot house of 94 degrees. Called Chris at 8:05 am (8/18/25) and he explained that there was a power surge that affected several homes and instructed me to turn off unit, which I had done last night, and to turn it back on. Left the house for a few hours and , upon my return the temp was still hot. Called Chris and he came about 3:30 pm and shared that the problem is with the unit on the roof. It's nice to work with good people. I had a minor issue and decided to give the Shores team a try. They came out quickly, explained everything clearly, and gave me helpful insight into the scope of the problem. They let me know I’d be fine for now and what signs to watch for down the line. If anything else comes up, they’ll definitely be my go-to.

Updated - was Great work at first. Now I’ve only had issues. Every 3 months. Have to use another company because shores ac doesn’t answer this phone or messages. And tells me he can’t help.
