Very unpleasant experience as a first patient appointment ever for a emergency room follow up visit after the other dr at another facility failed me this office is no better front office in arcadia lady today was very rude and sort of rushed me!!! And told me to sit down and fill out all the paperwork I did as I was told did not give my insurance card and photo ID back until my visit was office dr. Left was who I saw and was very rushed and before he did my exam as a every women should have he was very rough with me!!! And w... read more
Office staff is very sweet and Dominique and Dr.Leff are very good at what they do!!
Unprofessional and rude office staff. If you pay cash there, make sure you get and keep a printed receipt. I was overcharged for my copay the day of the appointment and then was billed for the copay after they filed the claim with my insurance company. When I told her that I paid the day of the appointment and was even overcharged, the lady adamantly claimed there was no record of payment and that they never have had an issue with their billing records. I will never recommend that office again nor will we ever return to any ... read more
