Terrible experience. Avoid this company. We spent over $1,000 renting four pontoons and were extremely disappointed with both the service and how this company handled the rental afterward. At the end of the day, they tried to charge us $200 for “7 missing life jackets” and were also going to charge us for a supposedly missing end rope. We ended up finding the rope and the life jackets ourselves, making the $200 charge completely unwarranted. The life jacket situation was especially frustrating. Great spot for 2 hours but was little expansive 400. Well worth it if you have a group of 8-10 People and split the cost

Staff was very rude, especially young lady who was in charge of sales (8/1/26). I understand the weather was horrible but the whole crew was just standing around and every single one we had an encounter with had an attitude as it was an inconvenience to them that we were asking questions about our rental.

10000/10 recommend! My family and I rented a boat (starcraft w/ tower) and we were not disappointed! Heard about them by word of mouth from my coworker & so glad I went with his recommendation! With so many options out there to choose from it’s hard to pick, but can confidently say we made the right decision. About an hour or two before our reservation was supposed to end, we called in to extend our rental from a half day to a full day since we were having such a great time and they made it so quick and easy! We rented a boat from Shoreline last weekend and they made it so easy! Easy check-in, boat was clean, and they even took our call from the middle of the lake to help walk us through the speaker issue we had. We made the best memories on the lake, thank you!
