The Dr was nice, but.....the wait times were ridiculous and I had to put my cat down due to kidney disease. I was told that he would fall asleep in my arms. Well that's not what happened at all!!!! They took him from me out of the room, told me they were jist putting a catheter or something in his arm to administer the medication. Unfortunately, when they brought him back to me he was already asleep, the last meds would be to end his life. They took that moment from me and baby boy. At midnight we had an emergency situation and after sending a message on their Facebook page. Sarah called us and was able to talk us through our emergency giving us guidance. She was extraordinary. I thank God that she was awake at that hour looking at Facebook! Dr. Slater and her staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. They really care about the pets. While the staff are really nice and good at their job, they have 0 idea on how to run a clinic/hospital. They will prioritise every walk-in over a prescheduled appointment. Showed up for an appointment at 9 AM and at 10:05, while I’d been sitting in the lobby waiting, they called my wife and then me who was sitting in the waiting room before they even took the vet records they asked us to bring.
