Had to take my sweet girl.to be put down. The treated me with respect and told.me every step of process. Helped me grieve and took excellent care of my baby girl.
If that person who left that bad review only understood what went on the second the doors opened, I can tell you, because I was there Tuesday morning. I was one of the people contributing to the long wait. Let me explain. My very tiny Chihuahua was very sick, and our family was worried sick about her, so I sat in the parking lot along with a few others in our cars with animals that needed to be seen. Shoreline staff and Dr. Slater are excellent. The wait can be long but its because they are handing close and careful care to every single animal that comes in.
Shoreline Veterinary is the best in town. Dr. Slater and her team are very compassionate and dedicated. They take their time in delivering the best care to their patients. Since switching to them, they have resolved one of my dogs skin issues and he is the happiest boy ever.
My mom recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put her sweet dog, Lily, to rest. After days of trying everything they could to save her, Dr. Slater and her staff gave Lily their all, but ultimately gave my mom the choice to let her go peacefully. As heartbreaking as the experience was, the compassion and care we received made it one of the best veterinary experiences we’ve ever had.
