This is a great and accessible trail. Perfect for doing my 10k steps. Lots of wildlife including beavers, waterfowl, chipmunks, and seasonal birds. The wildlife I don't want to see is bisons and bears. Never encountered a bear, thankfully, but bisons always block the way. They seem innocuous but they are pretty wild and can charge very quickly from a distance. So, give them way and be safe. This trail wasn't paved before 2017. It was moderately difficult then. Now you can bring your kids stroller, bikes, and carts.

Great heavily treed pathway for a walk during a hot summer day. Benches are spread out perfectly for a rest on the path. Good length for a routine walk, 1.5 hour roundtrip walk.
