I've lived at Shoreline for many years. The entire staff is like family. There isn't anything they won't do for us. This starts with the Mgr. Jodi and her Asst. Ethan. They ALWAYS respond/react to questions/issues in the most timely manner. They listen and truly care about our concerns. Jodi adheres to rules and regulations of the city and of the building directed by Board Members and explains patiently things we may not understand. Shoreline Towers is a wonderful place to live. The views from my balcony look like you are living on the ocean. You hear waves crashing every night it's a wonderful way to sleep! The staff of the building is fabulous from Jodi the building manager to Ethan in the office. Marcel the head engineer and his entire staff are phenomenal. I have been a unit owner in Shoreline Towers Condominium for 19 years. It is a wonderful place to live! Jodi and Ethan in the front office are stellar, the front door/desk staff are top notch, the maintenance men do a fantastic job and the garage staff is the best! I love to enjoy the beautiful sundeck with stunning views of the city, the fitness room was recently updated and the building is kept very clean. One of the best decisions I’ve made in my life was to buy in Shoreline Towers!
Makes no exceptions to allow service members to rent their place out if they are abroad and they must wait 2 years regardless
Shoreline Towers is a great place to live.Front desk is nice. The office staff is nice but they need to walk the property to see what maintenance is not doing.the two elevators are always smuged with finger prints which sould be wiped down daily.Nope!
