Extremely frustrating experience. Shoreline Title repeatedly told me my proceeds wire would arrive today, and when it didn’t, they couldn’t even tell me whether it had actually been sent. No real updates, no urgency, and no accountability. If you value clear communication and timely disbursement of YOUR MONEY after closing, this is not the title company to trust. I’ve had smoother experiences with much more complex transactions — this was handled carelessly and unprofessionally.

The whole team at Shoreline Title did an awesome job! They use modern software that made it easy to sign and view documents. It was also easy to digitally get them the earnest money and final payment. Definitely will use them again!
