Literally haven't been in from December to June as account was supposed to be canceled in December. I realized they were still billing me 6 months later and when I inquired about it they advised they "tried" to call me about it but I got zero phone calls. Had to come in and sign another cancellation form and they advised they will still charge me for another month as it wasn't 31 day notice. The tanning beds are good but the customer service is horrible.
Super friendly. Always clean, always helpful! It was the 1st tanning salon I had been to where they showed you the place. And not just throw you in...
Only place I enjoy and trust 110%! Best value, knowledgeable staff best tanning beds.
