The lift for my jet ski did not work. Hoping it was rust from the winter in the gears, sprayed it with WD-40. After several day, lift still did not work. David came out in his truck, inspected it and said it needed a new motor. He sent his two man crew out promptly (reason for the two stars - he was prompt). Two man crew arrived by boat, called and asked me to turn the electricity for the lift on and the lift worked without installing the new motor. We had Shoreline Services install a lift for us back in 2021 and it is still working perfectly. The whole experience went smoothly and they communicated well and did a great job with the install. Subsequently, we had a docking issue and broke a piece that they were super helpful in replacing and went out of their way to make it happen quickly and free of charge. We highly recommend any business with them.
Shoreline does an incredible job and actually comes back later to fix anything. It's been 10 years since I had the doc built and Steve will come back and fix anything anytime I need it. His prices are reasonable and the quality of work is excellent.
