Poor property management skills. This particular property manager has never returned or responded tomy emails. The owner of the property has no intention of getting offence. The property manager has no idea how to manage other peoples property is a walk in the park 5 coffees a day don answer the phone don’t return emails deliberately because I’m the next door landlord/owner who doesn’t stand for disrespect and taking my responsibility for repairing what is a major security breach which means having no privacy from the public... read more
