They are trying to evict me in the middle of winter. I've paid rent every month, and I keep to myself. They are trying to kick me out for defending my poor dog who has been suffering seizures for over half of a year because of constant construction directly below me. The workers keep making mistakes and causing more work, as well as they smoke and drink on the job. I am extremely traumatized and Shorline is just making it worse.
Edit to reply: Ya, I know lol. It was terrible when you were managing. This review still stands Save yourself the trouble! Absolutely terrible management. We put in our complaints in January and have received NO help. They do not even reply to our requests for help anymore!! In fact, they offered us money to move out! Don’t rent through Shoreline Property Management Shoreline Property Management, Come fix our floor, this unit is illegal to live in with this condition. My family has to wear shoes to make sure our feet don’t get cut or we don’t trip and fall. We land in the hospital, that’s a big bill on you. Stop finding excuses not to fix it. And don’t bother raising our rent anymore.
Not a good property management company. Doesn't answer the phone or responds to messages unless it's to their benefit. Not a compassionate company either. Went without a door handle with lock for approximately 3 weeks. Didn't get proper notice for a fire inspection. Would never use this company again.
