Only gave a star because we had too. I booked a property in Ocean City with Shoreline thru HomeAway.com. After confirming the booking they tell me if I don’t upgrade to the linens package for $91 I won’t get sheets or towels. Not big deal I do lots of HomeAway standard process. They send a contract that states without linen package you get not towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, radios or clocks. This company has been very unresponsive and very inconsiderate of the current circumstances. My husband and i booked a condo for the last week of July back in november. Before all the covid-19 pandemic was even around. Normally we would go on with our vacation as planned but myself and my 5-year old daughter just tested positive for covid.
