Only gave a star because we had too. I booked a property in Ocean City with Shoreline thru HomeAway.com. After confirming the booking they tell me if I don’t upgrade to the linens package for $91 I won’t get sheets or towels. Not big deal I do lots of HomeAway standard process. They send a contract that states without linen package you get not towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, radios or clocks. WHOA now that’s way different and a non starter for us as this is for bike week and can’t pack pillows and blankets on a bike. ... read more
This company has been very unresponsive and very inconsiderate of the current circumstances. My husband and i booked a condo for the last week of July back in november. Before all the covid-19 pandemic was even around. Normally we would go on with our vacation as planned but myself and my 5-year old daughter just tested positive for covid.
